FULL SPEED AHEAD FOR HARVEST

What a difference a couple of weeks make.
Two weeks ago Marshall County was digging out of a nine-inch October snow storm that carried with it about 1.6 inches of moisture.
That snow came on the heels of three weeks of steady rain that had pretty much put on hold any ideas area producers had of trying to harvest crops. But Mother Nature followed that up with 13 days of dry, warmer days and farmers have taken full advantage of the quick weather turnaround.
